What data do we collect about you?

Logs are automatically generated each time you access our website with for example your browser or mobile application. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address and browser type.

When you send us an email to purchase a card deck, we will need an address and sometimes a VAT number to invoice and send the game. For this specific purpose my company Rhite will be the one processing the data.

How will we use this data about you?

The data (logs) collected are used for analytics purposes and they are directly anonymized. We use a self-hosted version of Matomo for this.

We do not share this information with third parties.

Where do we store your data?

Our servers are located in The Netherlands.

How long do we store your data?

Not longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing.

What rights do you have?

This website does not collect identifiable personal data. But if you voluntarily send data to us (for instance, by sending us an email) your rights as data subject under the GDPR are of course guaranteed. You have the right to rectify and ask for deletion of the data you have provided to us. You can also object to the processing or request its temporal restriction.

You can always contact us if you have any issue, but of course you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

Cookies

We use a self-hosted version of Matomo for analytics which has been set up in such a way that all logs are anonymized by default and no cookies are placed.
